About The Role

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Utilise your industry knowledge and expertise to meet financial and activity KPI’s for your vertical.
• Continuously build an accurate and up to date sales pipeline.
• Ensure budgets and financial targets are met through the development of new business, cultivation of existing business and leveraging off our Adecco specialty areas, national and global footprint and our Group brands.
• Create an energetic and high performing customer centric sales culture.
• Drive continual improvement in the client experience.
• Drive continual improvement in the candidate experience.
• Ability to attract and engage top talent through networking and varied platforms including our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search etc.

About You

• Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, or related field or minimum 5 years previous experience in recruitment.
• Previous people management experience desirable.
• Proven sales skills and business development experience.
• Proactive with well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive in a challenging environment where hard work is rewarded.
• Strong network with the hunger and drive to expand existing and new business.

Salary from $80K + Superannuation (Subject to experience)
