This is a 1st shift opportunity, with pay at $13.58 an hr.

Responsibilities for this Office Assistant position include but are not limited to :

• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
• Handle multiple phone lines, transfer calls as needed, and take messages
• Transfer information from system-to-system accurately
• Located and attached appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
• Handling incoming mail and ensuring the correct recipient receives the correct mail
• Filing

Qualifications for this Office Assistant position include :

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1-year prior receptionist / administrative assistant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Self-motivated
• Good customer service skill
• Excellent attendance record
• Polite phone manner
