Recruitment Consultant – Full Time, 12 Month FTC
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the dynamic team in Maidenhead. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting phone-based interviews and screening candidates to assess their suitability for various roles
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
Utilising various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to offer stage and onboarding
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a sales-oriented role, with a track record of achieving targets
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
