An NHS Organisation based in South Yorkshire is looking for a People Experience Partner to join them on an initial 3-month contract. This role sits within the People and Organisational Development directorate. This is a Significant role for the organisation managing a section of the People Experience function, providing support and guidance to a team of People Experience Advisors/Senior People Experience Advisors, and acting as a resource for specialist People Experience advice at a senior level.
Key role, together with the Head of People Experience and People Experience Partner colleagues, in taking responsibility for allocated specific areas which include:
- Partnership working/engagement
- Workforce planning/talent management
- Staff survey/engagement
- Equality and diversity in respect of the workforce
- Policy development
- Organisational learning
- Wellbeing
- Sickness absence
- Culture and Organisational Development
- Job Evaluation
- Appraisal
- Learning from leavers/Retention
- People Practises casework
Who are you?
- Post Graduate Qualification in Human Resources (e.g.CIPD) or equivalent
- Consolidated experience of working effectively in a senior human resources position
- Significant experience of working in a unionised environment.
- Experience of developing/evaluating/reviewing
- HR policies/procedures and systems.
- Experience in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Demonstrate experience of involvement in organisational/change management, including consultation processes.
- Sound grasp of NHS Workforce agenda/understanding of the practical application of the employment agenda.
- Understanding of effective management techniques and ability to manage a team.
- Awareness of (and impact of) current NHS HR initiatives.
