Adecco Hiring for HR Manager at Birmingham Full Time

My client, a leading private sector business is looking for a HR Manager to support the HR Director in building a new HR function. This business has doubled in size over the past 18 months, using your experience and expertise, this brand-new role will enable you to be creative, work at pace, mold it and put your own stamp on it.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of HR strategy in conjunction with the HR Director.
• Oversee the management team to ensure service delivery and manage the business relationships across HR and stakeholders.
• Build key relationships to support and drive key change objectives through HR and other business areas.
• Develop initiatives, policies, and programmes to add to existing practices.
• Ensure consistency across the organisation.
• Train line managers and employees on new and existing processes and policies.
• Lead and manage various projects.

What skills we are looking for:

• Experience in leading an HR function and developing a team.
• Experienced in managing and supporting stakeholder groups.
• Experienced and up to date in UK labour law.
• Project Management experience.
• CIPD Qualified or equivalent would be desirable.
• Experience of working within a start-up or SME would be desirable.

£60k – £65k + Benefits
