Adecco are proud to be recruiting for a Recoveries Case Handler for one of our top clients in Chester City Centre.
This role is a temporary to permanent role- starting out as temporary, if the right fit you will then be taken on as permanent.
The ideal candidate must be looking for a permanent role only and not just temporary.
Hours- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Office- Based in Chester City Centre (full time office based, no working from home)
Duties:
– dealing with new cases, from in branch to completion from debt recover
– as they become more experience
– day to day knowledge on cases
– must now cases in detail
– drive recovery on incoming cases
– branches send in cases, must then investigate
– recover fees for branches
– template letters
– free format letters
– seek legal guidance from inhouse solicitors
Ideal candidate:
– professional telephone manner
– good listening
– good negotiation skills
– investigating skills
– looking into contracts
– learn the contracts
– experience in collections recovery role
– call centre experience- preferable but not essential
– legal experience – preferable but not essential
– complaints experience – preferable but not essential
– customer service experience – preferable but not essential
