JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst
PAY RATE: $37.31-$40.18 hr
WORK LOCATION: Remote – Anywhere in the US
We are seeking a proactive, detail oriented Financial Analyst to join our Sales Strategy and Planning team based in San Francisco. The Financial Analyst is a key part of our small team responsible for the commission structure and driving implementation for a rapidly growing and changing organization. In this role, you will own, develop and administer the commission plan processes and systems. This person will drive monthly payment calculations for monthly payroll.

In this collaborative role, you will work with sales, sales operations, finance, and HR to build compensation plans and execute compensation strategy that align to growth strategy. You will be relied on for your analytical approach and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with all aspects of the sales commissions plans for the company’s global sales team

Assist with auditing the monthly commission payout to ensure accurate payment for commissionable reps

Manage supply chain recoverable draw program, eligibility criteria, database of participants, accelerators, and other sales commission elements

Maintain an up to date view of the sales team as a whole as well as maintain the direct and overlay hierarchies to ensure accurate crediting

Maintain our Sales Headcount Tracker

Research and diplomatically resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales teams

Provide guidance and training to sales teams on commission plan structures, reports, policy, and other relevant processes

Routine system maintenance outside of calculations

Minimum Requirements:

1. Expert in Microsoft Excel
2. 2-3 years of experience in a finance, consulting, or other highly analytical role
3. Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects on a tight deadline
4. Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting

Desired Skills:
1. CPA
2. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
3. Experience with 3rd partner commissions tools a plus (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle)
4. Experience in analytics, payroll, process, commissions, SalesForce.com, and SQL and other data query platforms
