Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting for a Retail Associate for a large luxury boutique. In this position you will be on the showroom floor, client facing, working on furniture placement, interior design, color and pattern coordination, and the like! $20.44/hr and commissions on in store purchases

Must have weekend availability

Part-time and Full-time positions available

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow your business on a weekly basis utilizing company programs and tools.
• Work strategically to expand the client’s connection to the brand and facilitate outreach in your local design community.
• Develop and maintain product and design knowledge and industry awareness.
• Manage the full client lifecycle to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Facilitate the client experience and become an expert on educating clients on each product’s story and details.
• Attend studio meetings, participate in product trainings, share information amongst peers and utilize the web and catalog to foster constant growth of product knowledge base.
• Assist in maintaining the Studio’s design and visual standards using merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with fellow associates and promote a positive team spirit.
