Adecco Creative and Marketing Hiring for MARKETING COORDINATOR at New York, New York Full Time

Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for a large data company! This individual will assist the field marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in-person events. The ideal candidate is well organized, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has great communication.

• Temp to Hire
• 9am-6pm Hybrid in NYC
• $30/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating event campaigns to increase booth traffic and lead generation
• Manage the internal and external events calendars
• Monitor event budget
• Maintaining and regularly updating the event website pages
• Managing vendor payments and being the key liaison with the finance department
• Preparing and sending the internal events updates
• Assist in maintaining the swag inventory, swag store and fill requests
• Perform other duties and day-to-day tasks as needed/assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in Marketing preferred
• 3-5 years Marketing experience
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently
• Ability to execute quickly with the ability to pivot projects as needs change
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
• A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
