Adecco Creative and Marketing Hiring for CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER, PACKAGING – Luxury Fashion (Remote) at Remote, Full Time

Adecco Creative & Marketing is seeking a Project Manager for Packaging workflows at a major luxury fashion brand in NYC! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to create and establish efficient workflow processes for Creative teams. This role will focus on Packaging.

Primary Purpose: The Manager, Creative Projects is responsible for project managing Packaging workflows for a global luxury women’s fashion brand. This role will serve as a critical liaison between Creative, Merchandising and Production teams. The right candidate will be able to manage competing priorities and timelines while managing and owning communication with internal partners and certain external licensees, while working closely with the creative packaging team.

This role should be agile to adapt the current workflow needs of the team, while packaging will be the primary focus of the role, the right candidate will be able to flex to manage other creative projects during less busy periods. Experience in or familiarity with packaging, packaging legal parameters, sustainability and environmental responsibilities, and translation are a plus. The right candidate should have a proven track record of operational success, inclusive of working across an organization, positively and proactively collaborating, consolidating various inputs, communicating, and following through.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency on the Creative Projects team to…

• Provide support across creative packaging projects, serving as the critical liaison between creative, merchandising and production teams
• Evaluate and intake creative requests, ensuring that projects have clear direction & focus prior to initiating
• Assign and establish timelines for projects of all scopes, efficiently delegating tasks and following up with all parties for delivery of project obligations
• uphold brand quality by ensuring all projects are approved by appropriate parties
• Work with translation agency to translate copy when needed
• Work with legal to obtain legal approvals on packaging when needed
• Manage projects from start to finish
