Adecco Creative and Marketing Hiring for ASSISTANT MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN at New York, New York Full Time

Adecco Creative & Marketing have an amazing opportuity for an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join a Global Luxury Retail brand in NYC. This is a maternity cover role, for 6 months and will assist the Senior Supply Chain Manager (Watches) in the development of the Watch Business by developing analysis/reports and coordinating transversal projects related to stock strategy.

• 2-3 years of Business Analysis or planning experience
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision making skills
• An an entrepreneurial mind-set that includes a curiosity to improve business acumen
• The ability to rapidly master all tools and process flows
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with proven project manabegemt skills/ experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis support
• Power BI reports –maintain sales/stock/specialist retail backorders dashboards related to Watches for North America.
• Monitor monthly or weekly changes in sales trend, shortages, specialist retail backorders, logistic processing. Present finding to the team and propose solutions to management
• Monitor inventory levels vs. targets and shortages for boutiques / Ecommerce / Specialist Retail. Identify inventory opportunities
• Projects management
• Handle special projects and responsibilities related to supply chain. Communicate with Marketing, Corporate Retail; PR team; Warehouse; VM; Sales and Operations team
• Merchandise Planning supports
• Assist overall forecasting process for product in range & novelties
• Ensure Inventory policy support for Holiday season, partner with other team members into assortment review.
• Request stock and availability to International merchandising/operations team
• Follow up on delivery time frame for all orders from International stock to ensure on time delivery
• Operational execution: create manual orders to international, allocate stock.

Technical Skills/Abilities

• Microsolf Office Excel : Excellent
• Microsoft Office Power-Point : proficient
• Microsolf Office Analysis : proficient
• Power BI experience is a strong plus
• SAP experience is a strong plus
