Adeaca delivers Project Business Automation to our customers when projects matter most. We are growing and need an experienced person to develop our recruiting program and human resources (HR) function. If you are a creative HR professional with experience in talent acquisition and shaping HR programs and policies, we would love to hear from you.
The Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources will be a critical leader that will drive key strategies to help attract, engage, and retain passionate talent across the organization.
You will be responsible for crafting, managing, and implementing and executing all components of our recruiting strategy. You will work closely with senior leaders in the business to understand their needs and develop a plan to find and hire the right talent. You will develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for critical positions.
You will also plan and implement HR programs and policies that can attract and retain high-level talent. These will include benefits packages, vacation policies, compensation packages, training and development, and more.
You will be a part of the company’s central management team and eventually likely will lead a team of HR professionals as well.
