Position : Logistics Associate

Global Luxury Goods Company is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team!

POSITION SNAPSHOT

Ensures the team has support it needs to successfully track companys inbound and international outbound shipments.

Ensures all administrative support activities including HTS code management, ACE s for duty drawback and AES / ITN filing meet companys standards of excellence.

Supports National Logistics Manager in achieving the Companys goals, meeting, and exceeding performance expectations, and maintaining overall image of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficient and expanding in logistics language as an import / export specialist

Learning and assisting with HTS code identification / management in D365

Running ACE s for duty drawbacks

Assisting with the filing of AES / ITN forms in relation to Caribbean shipments

Tracking CPO watches and assisting as the program grows

Partnering with third-party vendors to ensure proper handling of all goods

Support team with timely merchandise movement for all planned events

Reviewing all invoices and managing intra-department approvals

Assisting with mail merges including letter customization

Assisting Finance with document storage at Iron Mountain

Producing productivity s from all shipping partners (Agile, FedEx, UPS, Centiro and Ferrari)

Creating all records in digital folders eliminating paper waste

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree

3-5 years experience

Relevant computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI
