Addison Group has immediate openings for a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this position you will be full cycle recruiting for health care related position, posting jobs on job boards, sourcing qualified candidates, and scheduling candidates with the hiring managers. Must be willing to start ASAP and work a hybrid schedule. We are looking for someone who has sourcing experience, can sell the open positions, and has ambition.

Must have:
4+ years of recruiting & sourcing experience

Experience working with an ATS
