Job Description

• Maintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure an optimal user experience and high performance.
• Support the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and traffic.
• Assist in creating, curating, and managing digital content across all platforms.
• Help develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Revise and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies leveraging email channels to achieve business goals.
• Manage the marketing communications calendar, schedule and deploy campaigns.
• A / B testing and dissect campaign performance metrics (including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to iterate and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Ensure strict adherence to email marketing regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to safeguard sender reputation and optimize deliverability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Knowledge of GDPR or CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Email marketing platforms : Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and marketing automation tools.
• Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of AI applications in digital marketing.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS for basic email template customization is advantageous.
