Addison Group Hiring for Customer Service Assistant at Rosemont, IL Full Time

Physician Association located in Rosemont is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team. This role offers great work/life balance, regular business hours and hybrid work environment. Candidate should have two years of Customer Service support, either over the phone or in person and strong technical skills. This role will sit at the front desk, greet visitors, run s and answer phones/emails from members. Pays $45K, benefits offered after 60 days.

Job Duties:

• Provide office reception duties: greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, etc.
• Assisting with entering membership applications, renewals, reinstatements or status changes
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer data
• Serve as a membership resource by anticipating questions and providing timely, accurate information
• Other duties as assigned, which could evolve based on changing business needs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in office or retail setting
• Strong communication and follow-up
• Ability to listen, provide support and troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and email
• Strong MS Office and CRM experience
