POSITION SUMMARY: The Healthcare Project Management Professional will lead and oversee complex
projects within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of
healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and project management methodologies to ensure
successful project delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this position. The position may require

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, andensure timely execution of healthcare initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals,and external partners to define project goals, requirements, and expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and compliancerequirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage project budgets, and optimizeresource utilization to achieve project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges tominimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Communication: Facilitate transparent and effective communication within the project team andwith relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of high-qualityhealthcare solutions that meet industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance, gather feedback, and implementcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
• Be part of a mission-oriented team that is fast moving and very innovative.
• Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns and persons served/clients.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.

Failure tocomply with organizational policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy may result indisciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
• Expected to , without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding organizationalpolicies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violationof the policy to their supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is aplus.
• Proven experience in healthcare project management, with a track record of successfully leadingand completing projects.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and drive collaboration across variousdepartments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

• Knowledgeable or ability to become knowledgeable about and have a heart for mental andbehavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, and recovery.

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT AND ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to read detailed health records
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to operate computer and other equipment in the office
• Must have sufficient mobility to move around the office and the community
• Occasional travel to facilities located throughout Kentucky
