Knowledgeable about recruiting opportunities and strategies
Scheduling of recruiting events and efforts
Responsible for overseeing the process of securing all admissions documentation from
prospective students
Responsible for communication with the Registrar’s office regarding new student
enrollment
Schedule and implement robust orientation including accreditation required elements
Other duties as assigned
Provide regular reports, status updates and recommendations to management
Assist with other departments in the Student Services branch as requested
Assist with events and trainings as requested
Some travel required
Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow
staff.
Maintain a positive, respectful working relationship with stakeholders, Millard College
staff, and students.
Required to protect the privacy of student information in accordance with The Millard
College’s privacy policy, procedures, and practices as required by federal and state law,
in accordance with general principles of professionalism in an academic setting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent experience is accepted
Work experience is negotiable
Public relations experience preferred
Collaborative work experience on professional level preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Appropriate State and Federal Clearances

Knowledge of the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual impact of alcohol and
other drugs on the individual and family and services available to specific population
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the
operation of an educational institution
Ability to prioritize work- and work-related responsibilities
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive
Manner
Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with TMC mission

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
Ability to operate computer and other equipment in the office
Must have sufficient mobility to move around the office and the community
