Recruitment Assistant – Up to 23K basic dep on exp, plus profit related pay bonus

Due to continued high growth within the business we are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support our People Team based in Altrincham. This opportunity is ideal for either a recent Graduate looking for an opportunity to get their foot in the door and embark on a HR career or a HR Administrator looking to further their career in Recruitment & Selection.

Where do you fit in?

• Proactively searching for passive candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases
• Headhunting Sales Professionals
• Dealing with Ad Response from Applicants
• Scheduling 1st/2nd Stage Interviews
• Managing Sales Vacancies on Job Boards, Websites
• Providing Admin Support for Recruitment Campaigns

Required Skills

• Previous Recruitment Experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent interpersonal skills, to build rapport with candidates
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, juggling multiple tasks
• Team orientated yet also able to work autonomously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year
