Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a full time Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to join our passionate Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will source and screen candidates for a variety of medical, laboratory and administrative positions across the organization, create recruitment marketing materials and manage established onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be creative, proactive and detail oriented, and have the ability to quickly recognize issues and troubleshoot them.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Essential Job Functions:
  • Publishes open positions to company website(s), applicant tracking systems, social media, required government websites, job posting websites, etc.
  • Tracks candidates using applicant tracking software (currently iCIMS).
  • Communicates with potential candidates; schedule and conduct screening interviews for hiring managers.
  • Serves as a company brand ambassador; ensuring candidates understand the benefits of joining the team.
  • Identifies potential candidates and transition them to open job pools in a timely manner.
  • Effectively collaborates with multiple hiring managers to support their recruiting needs – always demonstrating distinguished customer service.
  • Develop communication campaigns, drip campaigns and other marketing communication pieces utilizing applicant tracking software.
  • Creatively and professionally contributes to social media presence to maximize employer brand exposure.
  • Represents employer at recruiting events and other networking opportunities for the purpose of applicant pipeline development.
  • May conducts exit interviews; incorporates interview data into hiring practices.
  • Consistently adheres to equal opportunity hiring practices.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned as a result of changing business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted at the discretion of hiring manager.
  • Experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, and/or Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media marketing, publishing and communication with high accuracy.
  • Experience using iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Software, preferred.
  • Experience operating in a Microsoft Office environment.

General Physical Requirements:


Physical Demands
Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and calculator; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands for deliveries, or sitting for extended periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff.

OSHA Category
This position may occasionally perform tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
