ROLE*
It’s been an exciting few months for Talent Acquisition and the People team at Adatis. We have implemented a new ATS (Team Tailor), set-up a new careers site, developed our EVP and employer brand and put in place a robust recruitment process to kick us off for the next stage of our exciting growth story.
We need someone with a strong track record of success in recruiting top tech talent in a scale up environment. You will be highly collaborative, will put people first – our central value – thrive in a fast paced and innovative environment. Besides your hands-on end-to-end recruiting, you will be a crucial key partner to hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES*
Working alongside our current Talent Acquisition Partner ensure a best-in-class recruitment and selection experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to advertising, interviews and offer process

• First and foremost, you will use your expertise in sourcing to identify data professionals with the right technical background at all levels
• You will design and use the right messaging to engage with this talent, and sell the Adatis EVP
• Design and execute a creative talent acquisition plan specifically for the UK but also act as subject matter expert to advise and support teams in Bulgaria and India
• Ensure Talent initiatives and practices not only align across our regions but also to the business strategy, our culture & values as well as being fit for purpose in attracting diverse talent
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines including technical roles in Consulting, Delivery and Managed Services as well as other professional hires in our Core teams, Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Work proactively with hiring managers to understand skills, competencies, and experience necessary for each role.
• Advise on feasibility of talent acquisition plans and best solve resource gaps with appropriate solutions and resource mix (perm, FTC, contract)
• Support the People Team in building diversity and inclusion practices to deliver brilliant candidate to employee experiences
• Champion our Employer Brand development, using our outstanding culture and authentic employee development and career stories to pitch us as employer of choice Vs competitors
• Advise and co-develop workforce plan in conjunction with Head of People and business units
• Define and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals

REQUIREMENTS
Experience/skills

• Proven hands-on experience hiring tech talent in high growth environments
• Broader recruitment experience across other professional hires is also highly desirable
• Exceptional interviewing, communication and written skills
• Confident sourcing skills, going above and beyond the basic sourcing platforms to uncover the best talent on an international scale
• Demonstrable experience in introducing new and innovative strategies for attracting diverse top talent, focusing on pipeline and development for key hiring positions
• Desire to be part of building a world class employer brand and improving our core processes.
