ADAPTOVATE is looking for team members to join our team and contribute to the journey of organizations adopting new agile ways of working.

In this role, you will collaborate with client teams, influencing their culture and designing systems, processes, and tools that support agile values. You must be comfortable engaging with and influencing business stakeholders while comprehending the technical implications of customer requirements. A crucial aspect of this position involves providing clients with a toolkit of ideas to minimize errors and improve their overall performance.

YOU WILL WORK ON

• Runs a module (part of the storyline), coaching, creates slides and completes analysis
• Demonstrates strong structured thinking and planning of their module of work to provide confidence to the client and client partner
• Creates structured communications for the deliverables of the case
• Actively coaches more junior consultants in developing and improving their consultant toolkit
• Coaches managers, tribe leads and product owners in delivering value
• Utilises project (industry knowledge, specific capability) to engage current clients
• Collaborates and shares expertise with others in the firm to build firm expertise
• Assisting Partners, Principals, and Project Leads with proposal writing

YOU WILL NEED TO BE GOOD AT

• Builds relationships with peers at client and with senior clients
• Understand what drives value for the client and pragmatically coaches the team towards
• Proactively and regularly contacts clients to enhance network
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn, openness to new ideas, and receptiveness to feedback
• Consistently maintaining a high standard of performance in your cohort as recognized by others

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience helping executives change their mindset
• Good understanding of business challenges
• Have coached and/or lead others
• Experience in financial services, retail, or telecommunications industries a plus
• Exceptional communication skills required, especially in front of teams of people, training or leadership and coaching
