Talent Acquisition Assistant
Location – Tunbridge Wells, Kent / WFH
Adaptive Business Group (ABG)
ABG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to work closely with the HR Assistant and reporting to the HR Director. You will support the HR assistant in finding consultants and professionals who will make Adaptive continue to grow and succeed.
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will help in the recruitment process from end-to-end for all our candidates. You will write job descriptions, source talent through effective channels, lead candidates through their recruitment process and facilitate the decision making.
You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our database to conduct day to day tasks.
You will be located in a commutable area to our HQ offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England although remote working can be considered depending on experience, circumstances, and business needs.
Your Team
Working alongside HR, you will find exciting opportunities to make your mark (and a measurable difference, too). We use modern tools, innovative approaches, and our knowledge of best practice to ensure everything is running smoothly. It can be challenging to meet all the needs of our very successful and demanding team, but it is worth it when you see what we achieve together.
Our offer
Adaptive is a unique place to work. You will never stop learning and you will be challenged as you progress and discover you have developed skills which make you a stronger professional as time goes by.
By joining us, you will become part of a global company with a world-class brand presence in the fastest growing markets where consultants build multi-million dollar divisions and there is no limit.
Besides the work we do for our clients, we are proud of our vibrant and collaborative culture.
This culture is reflected on the shared goals we passionately work to achieve. Our consultants have a clear sense of purpose, they understand their immediate and long-term goals and how aligned they are to Adaptive’s strategy and mission.
We are a team of passionate, curious, innovative, assertive, and kind professionals who believe in openness and honesty, fairness and equality, trust and freedom and common sense and pragmatism.
We want to get to know the real you and help you explore and grow; whatever it is you are great at. So, you will always have constant exposure to learning opportunities to improve your role-specific skills and expertise.
