About the role
This role will lead the Talent Acquisition team in the next stage of the Adaptavist journey, which has seen the business grow and expand to over 600 people in 12 countries across 5 continents.
There are ambitious plans to ramp up this growth even further and faster – both organic and through M&A activities and, as such, this role will be key in building and scaling our international Talent Acquisition function to help continue in the sourcing of high calibre talent to meet our long-term objectives and add to our company culture.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with our Global People Team leadership, this role is responsible for creating and implementing the Adaptavist Group global Talent Acquisition strategy from promotion of our internal brand through to recruitment initiatives and processes to help bring onboard new high-performing talent across the world


What you’ll be doing

  • Outlines and drives the overall vision and direction for talent recruitment at Adaptavist
  • Lead a culture of collaboration with both the wider People team and key stakeholders across the organisation and various functions of the business to ensure successful Talent Management
  • Deliver innovative programs for scaling our recruitment infrastructure and operations
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our employer brand & EVP
  • Create and nurture a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvements to culture, diversity, processes, team structure, and systems
  • Provide strategic leadership, development and support to the growing International Talent Acquisition team.
  • Lead, mentor, coach and inspire the senior and wider team
  • Work closely with HR on key initiatives to support the global HR strategy

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of leading a talent function within a growth/scaling business environment
  • Proven experience of setting and delivering talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience of managing remote teams
  • Have experience of support the business through merges and acquisitions
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Comfortable and familiar working under tight timeframes/deadlines at pace.


A few nice to haves

  • Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech scale-up environment
  • Experience recruiting within the IT or Technology sectors
