We have a rare opportunity for a part time (Opportunity to spread your hours across 3-5 days per week) Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team.

The Role

Our Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for recruitment across our 6 entities located Nationally:

• Work with Hiring Managers to create advertisements and discuss attraction strategies
• Coach Hiring Managers on interview techniques
• Conduct candidate phone screens
• Manage and support candidates through their application and onboarding journey
• Utilise Seek Talent Search to proactively approach candidates and promote vacancies
• Gather and provide data for salary and benefit benchmarking activities

Skills and Attributes

With over 500 staff across our business, we are looking for a recruiter who is comfortable to manage a high-volume workload through hands on management and effective delegating of tasks. You will have a background in recruitment and be comfortable using databases to record your interactions and candidate stages.

With customer service at the core of all we do, you will have experience in a 360 degree recruitment role, either agency or internal, where you have learnt the skills to manage hiring manager and candidate expectations and experience.
