We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the vacancies within our Manhattan and Staten Island Residential Programs for adults with developmental disabilities.
This is a hybrid work opportunity, that requires 2 days in-office at our Manhattan location.

SUMMARY
The Recruiter is responsible for hiring by partnering with department managers to define hiring criteria and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process.
The Recruiter will be responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the Agency.
Considerable skill is required in interviewing techniques, knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Agency, and basic understanding of the Agency’s organizational structure.
This position will also require extensive knowledge of all human resources policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Knowledge of ADP a plus
