ADAMS PEST CONTROL Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Fredericton, NB Full Time

Adams Pest Control is looking for a client-centered, organized, energetic, and motivated part-time Administrative Assistant at our Fredericton office location to help during our peak season.

What can I expect my day to look like as an Administrative Assistant?

Assist with call overflow

· Receiving inbound service requests and existing customer calls

· Returning calls from the prior night’s overflow

Data Entry

· Entering payments

· Entering confirmed jobs into the technicians’ schedule

· Sending and attaching signed contracts to the clients in the CRM

· Assist in keeping spreadsheets up to date

Other Duties

· Updating customer files

· General office administration work

· Digital filing

Vacation Coverage

· Fill in for Office Manager when they’re on vacation

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Salary: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
