Experienced Source Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY Under limited direction, this position is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to include active and passive candidate sourcing and partnership development with key external partners. The position helps build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. This position will consult and advise with the Branding and Culture Team on key talent decisions and strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for recruiting targeting active and passive candidates for niche/hard to fill positions.
• Sourcing candidates for open positions.
• Carrying out the Sourcing strategy including job postings, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews.
• Championing, educating and driving through the business the ‘candidate care’ experience both during the active recruitment process and create and maintain positive relationships with passive candidates.
• Networking, constantly looking for new ways to promote our brand and source top talent.
• Connectivity with key industry affiliations and technical schools to source pipeline talent and to leverage relationships.
• Continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
• Be a user of the LinkedIn recruiter seat for talent mapping purposes.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Indeed.com and other social media recruiting resource tools.
• Leverage and engage with business leaders and key business individuals to identify industry top talent within the talent mapping process

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and selection techniques, inclusive of social media technology.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional departments.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi- task
• Action-oriented and results driven with an ability to get projects done with limited resources.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, able to drive projects to a conclusion and work effectively with a variety of people at various levels within the company.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
