Adamas Building Services is currently seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter with full-lifecycle recruiting experience to be located in our Rutherford corporate office. The Specialist/Recruiter will source, screen, identify, and hire prospective janitorial, maintenance, front desk, and security hourly employees. The right candidate will maintain and enhance the organizations’ human resources recruiting efforts by planning, evaluating hiring, and staffing needs.

Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and VP of Operations Managers to identify staffing needs, develop appropriate job descriptions, and ensure that recruiting efforts are in line with current and future needs
· Coordinate, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process – post open positions, source qualified candidates, conduct phone screens/interviews, and assist Operations Managers with the selection process
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
· Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new associates are fully integrated and trained before the start date
· Proactively develop an applicant bench by identifying new recruiting strategies and managing relationships with candidates for anticipated hiring needs
· Manage outside sourcing methods and initiate creative recruitment strategies for hard to fill positions
· Plan and manage open house recruiting events
· Perform reference checks and initiate background checks and drug screens
· Create weekly recruitment metrics to provide status updates on open positions
· Update and automate all Adamas job descriptions
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a dedicated high-volume recruiter
· Experience with recruiting hourly associates a must
· Extensive knowledge of Word and Excel
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish a plus
· Strong decision-making skills
· Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
· Prior HRIS and ATS experience required, preferably in Paychex
