About the Opportunity:

Provision of best practice operational HR through the delivery of people processes and initiatives in line with people and organisational strategies.

• Onboarding new team members and ensuring the system accurately reflects our team
• Responding to enquiries around people and policy and general HR queries
• Deliver excellence through the provision of accurate and timely operational HR process to support managers and team members
• Drive efficiency and process improvement through the administration and implementation of process changes
• Maintaining accurate HR records, reporting, employee files and system databases
• Provision of support to the Learning & Development and Recruitment team
• Support the delivery of people projects/initiatives
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for and actively promote the culture commitments
