This position is located in Mooresville, NC.
Performs Administrative Assistant office functions as needed for Controller. Data Input of Monthly Journal Entries, AP including scanning in of support including new vendor set up and maintenance. Data Input in AR for cash posting and third party correspondence including scanning in of support. Prepare Insurance Verifications for hospital in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and maintain A/P accounts and purchase orders to ensure payments are up to date and respond to including analyzing and resolving any vendor discrepancies. Perform Monthly and Year End BS reconciliations for all business units. Prepare and process any ad hoc reports and analysis as needed and work on tasks as assigned by Controller.
BS in Accounting, Finance or Business required. 2 to 5 years of experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
