Responsibilities:

As a Junior/Graduate IT professional, you will oversee a variety of duties during your workday. These duties can vary depending on business needs. Some of the most common responsibilities that you will carry out include:

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups for Salesforce and other systems.
• User support tickets
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
• Monitor user adoption
• User training and creating training materials

• Overall tech support within the office.

Requirements:

As a Junior/ Graduate IT professional you will use a variety of skills during daily duties. A successful candidate will have various prerequisite skill and qualifications, that include:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
• A working understanding of CRMs particularly Salesforce or a willingness to learn.
• Bachelors/ post graduate degree or professional qualification desirable.

• A good understanding of technology will be necessary.

• Strategic and creative thinking.

• An ability to plan, execute, prioritise, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, collaborating with relevant teams within marketing and the rest of the business.

• A personable character that is available to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of the business.

Training and qualifications can be provided to the right individual if a willingness to develop is shown.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Based in the Sunderland Office, Monday-Friday between the hours of 09:00-17:30.

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 per year dependent on experience.
