POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist Is responsible for acquiring new talent to the Company by managing the full recruitment cycle. This role will oversee multiple talent searches while meeting hiring managers’ needs and providing an exceptional candidate experience.


Knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience and high school diploma or equivalent; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience In Human Resources and Talent Acquisition (preferred)E
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process from the beginning of the “lifecycle” to the end
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and managing requisitions and candidate workflow
  • Ability to analyze sourcing methods and determine their effectiveness relative to the positions and their geographical locations

  • Proficient In MS Office
  • Experience using virtual platforms for interviewing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly professional with both internal staff and customers/candidates
