The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial management of the practice’s operations. The Director demonstrates sound financial management skills and provides leadership and coordination in the financial, cash flow planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• MBA; concentration in finance a plus
• Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
• Healthcare financial management and supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
