Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the tracking of all truck movements at the facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Tracks all truck movements at the facility.
• Responds to customer inquiries and questions.
• Prepares s for management.
• Responds to all inquiries regarding truck locations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

• One to five years of experience in an administrative role.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
