Active Senior Living Residence Hiring for Sales and Marketing Assistant at Fort Lauderdale, FL Full Time

Our Assisted Living Facility located in Tamarac, FL, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

You will concentrate all your efforts to work in close collaboration with the Marketing Director and the Executive Director in order to ensure move ins of new residents in the Facility.

You will assist in actively managing relationships with patient referral sources, 3rd party payers, prospective residents and their families.
You will Tour and assess potential residents and families. Following up post tour via phone and email.

You will assist in the execution of resident agreements and admissions.

You will answer any inquires via phone or email that may be received by the facility.

You will track referrals and leads daily and follow up weekly.

You will at all times promote a positive public image of the facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per month
