As Active Day’s Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing recruiting assistance and administrative support to Center and Homecare Directors. As Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be able to draw candidates from various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals, as well as job postings. You will be strategic, consultative, has strong attention to detail, and ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little supervision. You will play an integral role in recruiting activities, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design to create and execute on clinical recruiting strategies to meet the needs of the business.
• Stay up to date with current recruiting methods to ensure we are attracting top talent within the clinical space.
• Consult with Center Directors and Regional Directors to understand the needs of their organizations as it pertains to talent acquisition.
• Review applications, and conduct initial phone screens and be able to speak to key initiatives within the business in order to attract top clinical talent.
• Ensure timely responses and follow up with candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates through engagement and consistent follow-up
• Track recruitment activity and trends while maintaining recruiting report.
• Provide administrative support and guidance throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or equivalent years of experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
• 1-year experience working in administrative role in clinical facility or healthcare organization.
• Strong relationship building skills
• Well versed in recruiting health professionals (Program Assistants/CNA’s/LPN’s/RN’s) highly desired.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding ability to interact effectively with managers, supervisors, and colleagues. Mature professional experience, can handle employee sensitive and company sensitive information. Previous recruiting experience not required, but highly preferred.
• Candidate required to be in the Massachusetts area.
