Active Care Group is the UK’s leading national provider of complex care. We are currently looking for an International Recruiter to join our expanding team and will work across group to help meet hiring deadlines for all sites, developments and extensions.

The is a great time to join the company, the International Recruiter is a new role within the group and will be responsible for international hires and strategies for all services, ensuring delivery timelines.

Some key duties

• Provide advice, guidance and support to the Service Managers developing suitable and effective international attraction and selection practices.
• Develop and manage hiring plans for participating services .
• To ensure minimal spend on external agency providers except as route of last resort in order to meet budget.
• Design and deliver assessment practices and procedures to ensure the right people are hired at the right time.
• Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across the recruitment team with specialist remits to deliver key roles against each project, including directly recruiting alongside where required.
• To liaise effectively with Onboarding colleagues to ensure candidates are safely recruited in line with policy and timescale.
• To oversee and assure a first class candidate journey experience.
• To contribute as overseas recruitment lead to the wider project effectiveness including working collaboratively with finance, marketing, hr, clinical teams and learning and development.

As a newly created role we are ideally looking for someone with an international health care background.
