Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers on the floor and over the phone
• Advise and recommend the right merchandise for customers’ needs
• Possess thorough product knowledge to answer questions and explain features and benefits
• Can sustain good relationships with customers and build trust in them with consistent and reliable customer services
• Handle returns and issues with previous purchases
• Build customer loyalty
• Prepare merchandise for sale
• Assist in the display of merchandise
• Follow up with customers and potential customers by phone
• Process customer payments
• Maintaining sales floor cleanliness and presentation
• Keep the back storage room organized
• Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as complying to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Maintaining a strong understanding and descriptions of current products
• Merchandise the products and maintain an aesthetic look for the store presentation
