As a Education Coordinator, your role would include a variety of duties including supporting our Projects team with registers, timetables, communications with parents and students and the delivery of study programmes as well as assisting with coordinating student interviews and assessments.
You will be fully embedded within the department and will be responsible for organising student files as well as helping to plan the working of the department with directors for the academic year’s cycle of business/ work for teachers. This would include supporting timetabling and the preparation and upkeep of registers, and helping organise open days, award ceremonies and more.
This is a part time role (18 hours per week) with the flexibility to increase working hours to full time. Fixed term contract until December 2023.
Based at Oxford college, travel between other campuses may be required at times.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
We are looking for a highly organised and attentive individual who can adapt to the world of education and always work and act in accordance with the group’s Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. The successful candidate would be capable of working with and manipulating data across multiple systems, with a particular emphasis on a current working knowledge of Excel. Experience of working in an FE environment would be desirable.
