This is an exciting opportunity to join the Action for Children family and contribute towards making children’s lives safer and happier. You will also undertake or support specific initiatives to enable the organisation and its Residential services to develop as per the Action for Children growth strategy. The role is Homebased and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK.
This is a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious Residential growth strategy. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Induction Officer to join the charity to work alongside management and People function to take a lead role with developing management capacity to effectively attract, recruit and retain staff to enable the delivery of safe and effective services.
