Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000

Action Air Conditioning Heating and Solar is looking for a residential sales manager. We are looking for someone to manage the best residential HVAC sales team in San Diego

Job Duties:

• Manage and lead our 10 residential HVAC and solar sales team
• Lead, guide, and train the sales team on a weekly basis
• Track all sales calls and sold jobs
• Make sure sales goals are being met and hit
• Work closely with install teams for all sold jobs

Qualifications:

• Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
• Strong organization skills
• Great writing and communication skills
• Service Titan knowledge
• Ability to lead a sales team
