• BS degree in Food science, Micro, or bio related degree (non degreed w / exp or Higher level education will be considered)
• 2+ years of laboratory experience (preferably from food)
• some leadership experience (lab lead is ideal if not direct supervisor experience)
• flexibility to cover off hours very rarely
