Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient symptoms accurately.
• Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies.
• Perform basic laboratory tests, including blood draws and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, tests, and referrals.

Certification Mandate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
