Actalent Hiring for Documentation Coordinator (% Remote) at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

The Doc Coordinator will work cross functionally to review data needed on documents and then merge them into approved templates to transition into a new quality and food safety documentation system. This is part of a larger project to merge all of the Pet Food related documents to a new ingredient database system called Intellix from a legacy system called Tracegains. This resource will review all of the Kosher certification documents to ensure compliance with kosher regulatory claims.

They will partner with QA, Regulatory, R&D, Procurement, and Suppliers directly for information, documentation, and data requests,

There are 1168 kosher certification documents that need to be downloaded, audited, organized into templates, renamed, and then uploaded into Intellix.

Skills:

Document control, Data entry, labelling, food science, food quality, Nutrition

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Food Science, Biology, or related
• Basic understanding of physical, chemical, and microbiological properties and specifications for ingredients.
• Database and/or excel experience
