ACT is looking to add a technical account manager (TAM) to their team. Candidate must have great communication skills as they will be the liaison between their portfolio of clients and the technical team. They will manage all aspects of the customer relationship and have ultimate accountability for customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with expansion of new products and services for their client base.

A few other responsibilities include

· Identify areas of improvement in our client journey and work with the team to implement

• · Focus on improving and building relationships with customer portfolio

· Assist with project management duties

· Provide customers with all quotes and proposals

• · Ordering of all hardware/software through preferred venders

· BA/BS degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience

• · Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable leading initiatives

· 3-5 years of MSP experience

· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

· Strong public speaking, presentation and writing skills

• · Experience managing accounts and working with decision makers

· Aptitude both for evaluating technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements to technical features

· Willingness to learn and take initiative to learn new technologies and concepts

• Technical Requirements

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Familiarity with using a CRM or PSA

· Good overall knowledge of technology including networking systems, cloud infrastructure and workstation configurations

· Experience with security services a plus
