ACT Government Hiring for Director Vocational Education & Training Program Administration Job at Canberra Full Time

Skills Canberra is looking for the right person to temporarily lead and manage a team of 10 people responsible for administering Vocational Education & Training (VET) services and programs in the ACT by (among other matters):

• Administering training contracts, funding agreements and payments.
• Administering VET projects and grants.
• Monitoring and reporting on service delivery organisation compliance and performance.
• Representing the ACT at appropriate fora.

• Extensive knowledge of the ACT VET sector, policies and programs will be considered highly desirable.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 24 December 2021, with the possibility of extension up to six months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
