ACS Property Services are responsible for a broad range of cleaning and maintenance services for over 350 sites within Victoria. We’re committed to continually improving our services through a focus on staff training, innovation, understanding and delighting our customers.
We are growing and currently seeking a part time Finance Administration Officer who enjoys working within a small finance team, providing a wide range financial expertise to management in both a financial reporting and fortnightly payroll capacity. Reporting directly to the financial controller, you will be an integral part of the team in supporting all financial aspects of the business.
Site Location: Mulgrave
Hours: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM (We are flexible with the workings hours)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

To be considered you will need:
– Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting and/or finance.
– Experience working with ERP platforms such as MYOB, Templa, Access Dimension, HR3 etc.
– Good working knowledge in standard Microsoft Software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email.
– Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
– Working Rights.
– Police Check no older than 12 months is essential.
