Fuller Industrial Corporation is the most advanced pipe spool fabrication, rubber lining, and protective coating company in North America. We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator / Excel Expert at our Lively, Ontario Plant.

The successful candidate will be directly accountable for:
Organization of data and documentation of each phase of manufacturing projects from quotation through closing documents.

Creating, maintaining, and reporting project schedules to support our customers, sales, operations, quality, engineering, and logistics.

Building bills of materials for manufacturing including raw material and labour requirements.

that will be presented to the organization’s management team, customers, and suppliers.

Working with team members in the field or on-site who have project issues.

Qualified applicants will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Exceptional Excel Skills is mandatory.

MS Office proficiency.

Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.

High attention to detail.

Get things done attitude.

Highly organized.

Highly motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Know the concepts related to the management of a project.

Knowledge of project management tools.

The following qualifications would be an asset

PMP certified by the Project Management Institute and have that certification current.

Manufacturing experience

In-depth knowledge of computers, including, ERP Systems.

Understanding and application experience with ISO 9001 standards.
