Job Description:

We are a Construction company that has been in business for 36 years. We are looking for a full time Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our company.

Responsibilities:

Payroll tax reporting

Cash management

Reconcile bank accounts

GL transactions

Preparing monthly Financial Statements

Overseeing AP, AR and Payroll staff

Coordinate the preparation of annual tax returns with outside CPA firm

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of accounting experience in Construction Industry is preferred

Experience with Accounting software

Self-Starter and ability to manage and work with others

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience using the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Understanding union payroll, contributions and reporting

Starting range at $90,000 Annual Salary plus Bonus.
